in my opinion its fake, cuz i dont think she'd do one, if she's always trying to give her little sister a good role model,which even if its fake she's giving her a bad example. but i understand, we are young and we dont think a lot in that stuff, and media that makes it bigger than it is, i think it's fake.
now, if its real, welk its her life and remember what she said" if i wasnt a role model sure i would have tatoos and piercings" on twitter.besides demi has that rocker style, she's never been glam or girly. but i mean she can do whatever she want with her body, but she may give bad image, and that's not a good role model as miley or vanessa with their piercings and rare pics.
