ScarJo slipped into a black one-shouldered dress with white ruffle which hit at the thigh and pretty much guaranteed all eyes would be on her.

It was basically an "i'm going to grab all of the attention tonight without much effort" kind of dress.

The black number was topped off with a pair of strappy neutral heels which added height to the 26-year-old's petite frame.

Scarlett loves pairing short dresses and strap-happy footwear, a look that suits her curvy and cute figure. To keep the focus on her outfit, she went without tons of jewelry and instead rocked pink and red nail color.

And makeup? The star went for trendy smoked eye color, dusky blusher, and lipstick which went well with her auburn tresses.

A showbiz veteran since age eleven, she's no stranger to dressing for the red carpet or to high-profile linkups. Having seen Jared Leto, Ryan Reynolds and now Sean Penn, seems like she's been through half of H-town already!

Nikki Reed and Paul McDonald Engaged

Nikki Reed, Robert Pattinson's vampire sister Rosalie in the Twilight series, and American Idol contestant Paul McDonald are engaged after dating for just three months.

Reed made her betrothal public by flaunting her engagement rock on the MTV's 2011 Movie Awards red carpet on Sunday, June 5.

She also confirmed the engagement to E!, saying, "He's the one, he's the one."

Nikki gushed about her man writing some romantic songs for her.

"He says he's going to release a Nikki Reed EP," she added.

Nikki, 23, and Paul, 26, met in March at the L.A. premiere of Red Riding Hood and have since attended many Hollywood events together.

Convinced that their love will endure, they got each other's names tattooed on their fingers on May 13 at Studio 21 Tattoo in Las Vegas.

Earlier, in late May, there were reports of the couple having moved in together.

Things have moved fast for the couple and we wish them long innings together.

Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn were seen catching-up backstage at Spike TV's 2011 Guys Choice Awards at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, Calif on Saturday, June 4.

Johansson, 26, and Penn, 50, had not been seen together for some time and People magazine reported on June 2 that they had split.

Johansson a presenter at the Troops Choice Award along with Chris Evans, was seen backstage greeting her former flame, Sean, with a kiss. The two chatted for about 15 minutes and later posed together for a delighted bunch of photogs.

They were reportedly cheerful and comfortable in each others company.

The two actors were first seen together in public at an after-party following the White House Correspondents' Dinner on Saturday, April 30.

Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez Split

Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez parted ways a few days ago.

A 'source' tells People magazine, "They broke up a few days ago. He ended it."

"However, they have broken up and gotten back together before, so not sure it's forever," the source added.

Cameron, 38, was first seen with New York Yankee slugger Rodriguez, 35, last year while vacationing in Cabo.

Reports of a split are seemingly surprising as last month Diaz, 4th on Maxim's 2011 Hot 100, while speaking about the relationship told Maxim, "It's really awesome".

Dismissing the possibility of a wedding in the near future, Diaz told Elle in an interview, "I think a lot of people are married to people they're not romantic with any more. I just didn't ever marry anybody that I then had to get divorced from. We break up. We move on."

Selena accessorized with perfectly skirt matching Casadei pointy pumps, a white Cecelia clutch and tiered golden hoop earrings.

Fresh off of a Hawaiian vacation with Bieber, she accentuated her golden tan with hair extensions styled in half-up half-down style and fresh face makeup - thick eyeliner and nude lipgloss. A French manicure perfectly rounded off her look for the big night.

Selena said she had a real good vacation but her boyfriend was not attending the show tonight.

Justin Bieber, who won the Golden Popcorn for Best Jaw Dropping Moment for "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never," was not seen with Selena or on red carpet but he sprung a delightful surprise for the audience by appearing unexpectedy on stage when his name was announced as the winner.

Later, he told MTV News backstage, "It feels great. I'm so blessed. I'm so glad to be back here and to have so many great fans. It's a great night."

Blake Lively To Poke Fun at Her Sexy Photo Scandal During MTV Movie Awards

Blake Lively retains her sense of humor despite being mired in a sexy photo scandal and will poke fun at her predicament during the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, June 5.

The 23-year-old Gossip girl star, who is a presenter at the show, will return in time from her European tour with new beau Leonardo DiCaprio to attend the show.

"They're working on a moment in the show where she'd make fun of it [nude photo scandal]," a source told Celebuzz.com.

MTV has not yet given a statement on the latest addition to the show.

Blake's nude photo scandal erupted on Tuesday, May 31. A hacker posted several cell phone photos allegedly showing the Gossip Girl naked in full-frontal.

Blake's rep claimed the photos were 100% fake, prompting the hacker to post another similar set of photos as a challenge to the rep's assertion. The rep has also threatened to sue the websites who published the photos.

Blake and Leonardo, 36, were first spotted getting cozy during the Cannes Film Festival in middle of May and have spent a lot of time together since then in Europe. The couple is currently in Venice, Italy where they arrived by a private jet on June 1, a day after the nude photo scandal broke.

Celebrities have often used the MTV Award shows to make fun of themselves on messy situations that they get into. Last year Lindsay Lohan poked fun at her drinking problems in a skit at 2010 MTV Video Music Awards.

Lively will continue with her public appearances as planned. Her rep has confirmed that she will attend the three-day press conference for her superhero film "Green Lantern" in LA starting Monday.

Jessica Simpson And Ashlee Simpson To Create Tween Fashion Line

Ashlee Simpson has teamed up with sister Jessica Simpson to add a new tween clothing line to Jessica Simpson Collection.

This is the first time the two sisters are collaborating on a venture and they both plan to be the co-creative directors of the new collection.

The collection will focus primarily on daily wear specially denim and activewear, reports fashion magazine WWD.

The collection will include Knit tops, hoodies, pullovers, striped shrunken knits, graphic T-shirts, drawstring pants, footwear and outerwear.

Both sisters are upbeat about their collaboration.

"I'm excited to bring my sister, Ashlee, along as co-creative director of this division, because she brings a savvy rocker edge that defines today's tweens." Jessica told WWD.

"My goal as co-creative director will be to design clothes that will help inspire young girls to express their personalities and creativity through fashion," says Ashlee.

The clothing and footwear will be available in 400 stores across United States and Canada coming this fall.

Jessica Simpson Jeanswear and Jessica Simpson Sportswear distributors, The Jones Group, will once again collaborate with Jessica for this line.

Jessica initially ventured into clothing business in 2007. In 2010 alone she made $750 million in retail sales and is expected to reach $1billion mark in 2011, according to WWD.
