New Green Lantern footage looks solid
This new Green Lantern video really shows off what the ring can do. It's a shame the movie is PG-13, I was hoping to take my boys. Via.

Green Lantern movie concept art

Jerad Marantz posted a bunch of concept art he created for the Green Lantern movie. Looks to me like he envisioned Philip Seymour Hoffman as the villain Hector Hammond.
(BTW, I got my boys some of the 4" figures and the mask/ring set. The figures are pretty terrible, but the light-up rings that came with the mask were very popular.)

2. Speaking of, there's a Green Lantern ARG. Via.

3. A former GamesRadar writer:
When I was handed my first game to review, an amusement-park simulator called Thrillville: Off the Rails, an editor told me that if my final score diverged from the Metacritic mean by more than a given amount (I cannot remember if it was 20 or 30), I would have to justify myself to the executive editor. What writer in his right mind would make more work for himself by writing a review that deviated from the established norm?
